Sugar House White is our rich and full-flavoured white rum, which is produced in Scotland from the very beginning rather than simply use an imported rum.
We use a naturally soft Scottish water mixed with premium cane molasses and a strain of yeast suited for rum production which is then allowed to ferment for a week before the distillation.
To get the rich and full-flavoured rum we double-distil the resulting molasses "wine/must" using copper pot stills. Everything is done by hand and taste to make sure the product is of a consistent and high quality every time.
To enjoy the rum we suggest to drink over ice or as part of your favourite cocktail.
