We currently produce a range of Premium Scottish rums – all from scratch – from our unaged white rum to our traditional spiced and Scotch Bonnet spiced rums.

We are always experimenting with ways to get the most flavourful spirit, while we wait for some of our rums resting & maturing in cask.

Pure Single Rum

Sugar House Rum takes its name from the from the original 17th century rum producers of Scotland – the Glasgow Sugar Houses. There were four Sugar Houses in total around the city that imported & refined muscovado sugar from the West Indies and, inevitably, produced rum. Rum in Scotland became the preferred go-to spirit and was even banned for a brief period from 1695-1696 as sales overtook our native Scotch Whisky.
